Here at Juranek Web Design we take pride in creating high quality web sites and providing reliable IT support. Our goal is to work closely with you to ensure 100% satisfaction. When the overall concept and cost has been agreed upon for the design of a web site, we require a non-refundable deposit before work will begin. The deposit is used as equity for Juranek Web Design, but will be applied towards your final bill when the site is complete. You will have the opportunity to view your site and submit any changes during the design process. Each customer is asked to sign an agreement with Juranek Web Design before work commences, this is only to ensure scheduled outline and final payment. All other services usually vary with each project, so dues are discussed on a project to project basis.

Planning - Free Consultation - Site goals & objectives discussed - Web design budget & timelines discussed - Web hosting options discussed Documentation - Flow chart of site layout - Customer passes on content information to Juranek Web Design (text and/or images) - Draw up contract & cost breakdown Initial Design & Agreement - Design mock-up layout of proposed web site - Contract signed & dated Building - Once deposit received, building of web site begins - There is always contact with customers during this stage, especially to ensure design & functionality is approved. Final - After final payment is received, web site is uploaded to hosting server.
